○ Primarily responsible for the design and execution of quantitative analyses for funded research studies, including efficacy evaluations and large-scale projects with experimental and quasi-experimental designs.
○ Collaborate with different teams within the Education Global and the Latin America and Caribbean Region (LCR) Education units.
○ Design of cluster-randomized controlled trials (RCT) to evaluate the impact of projects focused on the use of digital tools in educational settings.
○ Development of quantitative studies related to the National Learning Outcome Assessment System (SIMCE) and the University Selection Test (PSU).
○ Comparative study on gender gap based on the National Learning Outcome Assessment System (SIMCE) results, school performance and the University Selection Test (PSU) outcomes.
○ Research projects focused on the development of methods for evidence-based policy and practice. Particular focus on issues of meta-analysis and missing data.
○ Design of quasi-experimental studies for the impact evaluation of programs in the area of educational technology. Particular focus on STEM learning experiences in k-8 schools.
○ Power analysis, instrument development, sampling, and psychometric analysis.
○ Coordinate the development of quantitative studies related to the University Selection Test (PSU) and the design of new instruments.
○ Study development: "Preliminary evidence for content reduction in the Mathematics University Selection Test (PSU)".
○ Study development: "Analysis of University Selection Test (PSU) Cutting Scores for selection in Institutions members of the Single Admission System.
